TJ Washburn
President
TJ Washburn, President of Winchester Homes, is an Augusta, Georgia native with a finance degree from Georgia State University. After beginning his career in the warranty division of a national homebuilder, he returned to Augusta in 2006 to pursue residential development. His hands-on experience in construction and development has shaped a focus on efficient, thoughtful floor plans, quality craftsmanship, and long-term value. Under his leadership, Winchester Homes emphasizes customer involvement, clear communication, and a streamlined building process from design through completion.
Scott Brantley
Chief Operating Officer
C. Scott Brantley has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer. Brantley will oversee operations for Winchester’s residential division, with a focus on aligning construction, sales strategy, and land development to support continued growth throughout the region.
Brantley brings a background in real estate sales, construction, and land development, with experience in identifying growth opportunities and improving operational efficiency. His addition comes as Winchester Homebuilders continues to expand its presence in both Georgia and South Carolina markets.
